I tried this demo set of Hot Launch Max D irons and was pleasantly surprised. The cavity-back design and draw bias helped straighten out my ball flight, and the Aldila Ascent graphite shafts felt smooth. As a mint demo, the condition was near perfect, and $599.99 is a great price for a seven-piece set. However, being a demo, there may be some minor wear not mentioned. Also, the draw bias could be excessive for players who already draw the ball. Overall, a fantastic value for a beginner or high-handicapper looking for forgiveness.
