About this product
The Tour Edge Exotics CBX Forged Blade Iron Set includes clubs 4 through pitching wedge, with extra stiff KBS Tour steel shafts. These are right-handed, forged steel heads with a blade shape, standard lie angle, and are made in the United States. This is a tour-grade iron set for skilled players.
Our take
This iron set is designed for low-handicap golfers who demand precision and workability. The forged steel heads provide a soft feel, and the blade shape allows for shot shaping. The extra stiff KBS Tour shafts are suited for fast swing speeds, ensuring control. However, this set is not forgiving; mishits will be punished, so high-handicappers should avoid it. The price is reasonable for a forged blade set, but the lack of wedges beyond PW means you'll need to purchase those separately. If you're a skilled ball-striker looking for a traditional blade, this set offers excellent value, but it's not for everyone.
