Our take
The Hot Launch Max demo set was a pleasant surprise. The KBS Max MT steel shafts in stiff flex provided a solid, stable feel without being too harsh. Having the gap wedge included is a nice bonus – not all sets do that. The draw bias really helped straighten out my shots. Being a demo, the clubheads showed minor scuffs, but overall condition was mint as listed. My only gripe is that the stiff flex may be too much for slower swingers. If you're a right-handed player needing slice help and prefer steel, this is a great value at $499.99.
